Our journey to build a better Los Angeles for Black youth and young adults began in March 2020 when the COVID-19 global pandemic forced us all into social isolation.  As educators and entrepreneurs, we saw and experienced firsthand the impact of the pandemic on the Black community, in particular Black youth and young adults.  Armed with our laptops, a disdain for the status quo and a passion to change the world around us, we began meeting weekly via Zoom to determine how we wanted to contribute to making Los Angeles and the world a better place for Black youth and young adults.  

Our journey is not complete, and our story is still under development, but the map above provides insight into our process and the stops we've made along way.  We invite you to make our journey your journey.
